What is CBD?

CBD, or cannabidiol, is a cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. It is
one of the many (more than 100) cannabinoids identified in cannabis
and is similar to THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is responsible for
the high associated with consuming marijuana.
Unlike THC, though,
CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t produce ahigh, because
the two components act differently on brain and body receptors.
